New parts: 12-month warranty · Pre-owned parts: 6-month warranty · From date of purchase
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Items that are non-working on arrival
- Faults that are not caused by the buyer
All claims are subject to inspection and assessment.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Mechanical damage after delivery
- Improper installation or misuse
- Accidental damage or neglect
- Unauthorised modification
- Incorrect fitment where the correct item was supplied
- Labour, removal or reinstallation costs
- Towing charges or vehicle downtime
- Indirect or consequential loss
How to Make a Claim

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Proof of purchase
- Photos or video where available
We may require the product to be returned for inspection before approving a repair, replacement or refund.
Resolution
Where a valid warranty claim is approved, we will offer one of the following: repair, replacement (subject to availability), or refund.
Statutory Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights. Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
