At our discretion we will: (a) repair the product; (b) replace it with the same or equivalent specification; or (c) refund the purchase price. Replacement may be new OEM or OE Refurbished of equivalent performance where appropriate.
7) Old Part Exchange (where applicable)
If your purchase includes an Old Part Exchange, please return the agreed core unit complete and in rebuildable condition within the timeframe agreed. Deductions may apply for missing/damaged components or late returns.
8) Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of profit, business, or data) except where liability cannot be excluded under UK law. Nothing in this policy limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
9) Governing law
This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
