What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Items that are non-working on arrival
  • Faults that are not caused by the buyer

All claims are subject to inspection and assessment.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Mechanical damage after delivery
  • Improper installation or misuse
  • Accidental damage or neglect
  • Unauthorised modification
  • Incorrect fitment where the correct item was supplied
  • Labour, removal or reinstallation costs
  • Towing charges or vehicle downtime
  • Indirect or consequential loss

How to Make a Claim

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos or video where available

We may require the product to be returned for inspection before approving a repair, replacement or refund.

Resolution

Where a valid warranty claim is approved, we will offer one of the following: repair, replacement (subject to availability), or refund.
