To qualify for a return, the item must:
For pre-owned parts, items must be returned in the same condition as received and must not be modified, disassembled or damaged after delivery.
Email [email protected] with: your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for return, and photos if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend tracked delivery. The item remains your responsibility until received at our returns address.
If the return is approved as defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Original delivery charges are not refunded for standard returns, unless the item was defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
We may refuse returns where the item has been used, installed, modified or damaged after delivery; the return window has passed; original packaging or documentation is missing; or the item is a special or custom order.
This policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights. Nothing here limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
