3. Products and Orders

We sell new and pre-owned steering racks. Product condition is stated in each listing. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we confirm dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in GBP (£). We are not currently VAT registered — no VAT is charged. Accepted payment methods: credit cards, debit cards, and Cash on Delivery for eligible UK mainland orders. We do not store full card details.

5. Delivery

UK standard delivery: £49 · Europe: £59 · Worldwide: £159 · Dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates only. For full details see our Shipping Policy. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost for standard returns. Full details in our Returns Policy.

7. Warranty

New parts: 12-month warranty. Pre-owned parts: 6-month warranty. Covers manufacturing defects and non-working on arrival. Does not cover improper installation, misuse, labour or towing costs. Full details in our Warranty Policy.

All website content is the property of Power Steering Rack Direct Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
