Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment is completed. Express shipping may be available on request or as an option at checkout where applicable.
Order Processing Time
- We aim to dispatch all in‑stock orders within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Inspection and Risk

If you notice any damage:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and product
- Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photos
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the outer packaging and the product immediately
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos where possible
We will review the issue and assist you in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory consumer rights.
Failed Delivery or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal, non‑collection, or incorrect address information, we may contact you to arrange redelivery.
- Additional shipping charges may apply where the failed delivery was not caused by us.
- If redelivery is not possible or is declined, any refund will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, and shipping charges may be deducted where permitted.
