Failed Delivery or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal, non‑collection, or incorrect address information, we may contact you to arrange redelivery.

  • If redelivery is not possible or is declined, any refund will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, and shipping charges may be deducted where permitted.
